Rod Drobinski Receives Six Mayoral Endorsements in Bid for State Representative

Rod Drobinski (R-Wauconda) announced that six local mayors have endorsed his campaign for State Representative, including Round Lake Beach Mayor Rich Hill, Grayslake Mayor Rhett Taylor, Round Lake Mayor Dan MacGillis, Round Lake Park Mayor Linda Lucassen, Hainesville Mayor Linda Soto, and former Grayslake Mayor Tim Perry. In their endorsements the mayors cited Rod's experience as a prosecutor who has fought to keep our communities safe from violent criminals and his commitment to working with both parties to be an independent leader for the families of the 62nd District.

Mayor Rich Hill:"I endorse Rod Drobinski for State Representative," said Hill, "because I believe Rod will be a terrific partner in Springfield to advocate for the needs of Round Lake Beach. Born and raised in Waukegan to immigrant, working-class parents, Rod has always cared deeply about our community. As a prosecutor in the Felony Gang division of the Lake County State's Attorney's Office, Rod has fought to protect victims of crime and keep our community safe from violent criminals, gangs, and drug dealers. As our next State Representative, Rod will be an independent leader who fights for our families, because that's what he's always done."
